Why with-chrome is ok,but with-chrome-headless will report Syntax error (NullPointerException)?

(with-chrome {} driver
             (doto driver
               (go "")
               (quit)))  ;=> ok

(with-chrome-headless {} driver
             (doto driver
               (go "")
               (quit)))   ; => Syntax error (NullPointerException)
