@huahaiy does the Accenture acquisition of Juji impact datalevin in any way going forward? Negatively or positively. I'm hoping for the latter π
Interestingly, the website is no-more. https://juji.io
For those wondering where to find the original info; https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7495629224758743040/ Accenture acquired Juji's IP, meaning Juji can no longer sell it, effectively terminating it. Datalevin does not seem to be part of Juji's IP, so expectations are for it to continue and probably benefit from increased usage, though I've not seen any official statement. Congrats to Huahai and his team!
I am putting Datalevin into a more central role in the Juji platform, which is designated as one of the main platforms for Accentureβs AI as a service offering for the midmarket. Basically, I am trying to put into practice what I am preaching in my book. Datalevin will be the only DB in Juji platform.
If we are successful, the Juji platform may even penetrate into enterprise markets, not just midmarket. At least that's what my boss hopes to achieve. Along with it, Datalevin will see more use.
