i have some references to js/user in my clojurescript code. i can't seem to find any documentation on it in clojurescript or javascript. does anyone have ideas about where it comes from?

It might be that some library or your own code creates a user global - a property on the global object (which is exactly the same as window if you're in a browser).

it's only used in two spots in one of the oldest files in this app, so it's probably vestigial. thanks
