It was the first post-pandemic Conj. https://clojure.org/events/2023/clojure-conj-2023--1880831835 I think they just didn't want to make folks wait another six months after having no Conj in 2020/21/22?
Weirdly, this page shows "2022" but says it's the 11th edition: https://2023.clojure-conj.org/about/ Then https://2024.clojure-conj.org/ says it is the 14th edition. Not sure what happened to the 12th and 13th editions? @neumann? The 2026 page says "now in its 16th year" which is more accurate π
(currently the http://2025.clojure-conj.org site seems unavailable due to a certificate problem, although the 2024 version loads but also warns about the certificate... seems like a *.http://clojure-conj.org wildcard certificate would be a better solution, but maybe they're all hosted on different servers?)
lol it's getting funnier and funnier π
Web sites are hard! π
@seancorfield Calling 2024 the β14thβ edition was an error. Actually, this year, 2026 was the 14th Conj. I know because we made a list of all of them and accounted for the missed years.
Ah, yes, and I had stickers for "13" on my badge! How quickly I forgot!
We tried a new vendor for the 2025 Conj website, and we were not at all satisfied with them. I made an archive of the site before they took it down. I need to set it up on a new host.
