I notice on the clojure conj page there is a note (I can’t find it at the moment) that someone on the conj staff can help you prepare your talk. There are just two people listed here. As I am a proffessor and regularly help students prepare talks, I am happy to also volunteer in this capacity. Is there any need for more volunteers for this service?

Hey Jim, that's very kind, can you drop that to Magda at <mailto:clojure-conj@nubank.com.br|clojure-conj@nubank.com.br>?

@Alex, what’s this called that I’m volunteering for so I can be clearer when I send the email to Magda? I don’t want to waste her time as she’s undoubtedly very busy.

Heeey, Jim! Thank you for your willingness to support the other speakers with mentoring! We sent the emails to the selected speakers with the mentorship information yesterday. Let me touch base with the 2 mentors throughout the program. If they get slammed with requests and we need additional help, we'll definitely bring you in 🙏

@magdalena.useglio also note that I’m on european time, so some people might find that easier with their schedules.
