Does anyone know what is the closure_uid_ stuff that is in many of generated externs?

Kind of a 'negative data point' : I used http://jmmk.github.io/javascript-externs-generator/ for all the new vega stuff and non of those generated externs had this in them

Where does it come from and is it harmful? 😛
