I see an unexpected "redefined var" flagging in all top-level def... forms by clj-kondo in several namespaces in a project opened in vscode/calva. The flagging goes away as soon as I make a small edit and save the file. This happens even when connected to cider-nrepl and clojure-lsp. (The flagging comes back when I close/reopen vscode with the project.)
Sounds like a VS Code issue. You could set the clojure-lsp log level to check what’s going on there.

@ericdallo clojure-lsp diagnostics didn't report any 'redefined var'. I have reset my dev env and can't see the issue anymore. Will report if this happens again.

try clojure-lsp diagnostics in project root to check if lsp report about them
