Clojurians Log v2

Apologies in advance to @danielcompton, who is the code owner of this lib. I'm taking the liberty of merging my PRs without your review. I hope this is OK.

FYI: Generated a clojars deploy token for ordered and set up CLOJARS_USERNAME & CLOJARS_PASSWORD under a new publish env on ordered github repo.

I do like to list current maintainers in the README (example: https://github.com/clj-commons/clj-yaml#current-active-maintainers) I'm happy to sign on as one. @danielcompton should I list you too? What about you, @nbtheduke?
