Clara-rules 0.18.0 is released. The release includes performance optimizations, a bugfix in error handling code, and new APIs targeted at ClojureScript library/platform developers consuming Clara. The release adds a new listening method that anyone creating a custom listener will need to implement, but the implementation can just be an empty body so it is an easy uplift. Additionally, the :rule-matches key in session inspection will now only have rules that led to logical insertions, with a new :unfiltered-rule-matches key now optionally available with a superset of the data previously in the :rule-matches. For a discussion of the rationale behind this change see https://github.com/cerner/clara-rules/issues/386
