https://github.com/simongray/drop-in-search I just extracted this smaller library from another library I am developing, since I found it quite useful and thought it should be an independent thing. The use case: • You have some data that you want to be able to retrieve using full-text search. • You do not wanna be forced to model this data in a certain way to fit it inside a specific database just to get this feature. • You want a drop-in solution that can be added in just a few lines of code. I currently use it for the library it was extracted from (obviously), but I also just replaced Datalevin on my blog with this, as the main reason I was even using Datalevin there was for its performant full-text search feature. That allowed me to greatly simplify my code. I hope some of you will find it as useful as I have.
