Thanks for the feedback @borkdude, yes, I found the same. We're still figuring everything out with the mics but it's improving.

Hi, sorry about the volumes, I probably haven’t been strict enough with making people talk directly into the mic at a consistent distance which makes it quite a lot of work to properly normalise the volumes, although I probably could have done a better job in post too. Thanks for pointing it out though, will improve for next time!
