@malcolmsparks: there are a couple of them in there I couldn’t figure out and just left with “” to be filled at a later point, something you could possibly look at. I also followed some of your formatting guidelines with the use of … in places where you should look at the top level to see the expect values

yes, I can review and fill in some of the blanks - I'm actually working on the Resources chapter to document all the things you can put into a resource model
