it's on auto-renew, obv - it'd better not have!
hmm, all looks good here... 😐 but DNS pointing elsewhere
back now, for me at least?
ok, so as a warning for anyone else with Namecheap domains: • we had auto-renew turned on • three cards on the account, one marked default • under the 'edit' button, this message about the card being the default
if you don't also have this one ticked, your domain is left to expire. didn't need this one this morning 🤢
That's only if you have more than just domain names registered -- "apps & marketplace" is hosting etc isn't it?
we don't use apps and marketplace, so not sure 🙂
as in, these latter three apply to the checkbox? I'll stand by the 'that's bad UX' if so - no visual clue that those are nested
I think I might expect those to only be rendered if the box were checked, if that's the case?
tbh, there's any number of nestings that that one could imply
could be top 2 and bottom 2, as well, given the slight increase in padding between #2 and #3
Weird. http://clojure-doc.org and http://clojurians.net are both there, but DNS only. Guess I'll have to see what happens when my AmEx expires in June -- or the domains come up for renewal (oct '25 and may '26 respectively).
At least it isn't GoDaddy 😄
true that 😅
bad UX IMHO
yeah, completely agreed. I wouldn't mind, but yknow, it's quite important that we keep http://xtdb.com... 😅 🤢
we've used them for years, during which time plenty of domains and payment cards have expired and been renewed, and haven't ever had run into this
good news is that it is all fixed now!
