I found a good show case for the usefulness of bi-temporal databases: • go to https://gisanddata.maps.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/bda7594740fd40299423467b48e9ecf6 • look up and select France on the left site column • check the tab “Daily Cases” on the lower right side corner .. there was a “oops” on the data, corrected with a sudden negative number of new covid-19 cases.
