@dominicm is there something I need to set to turn on pretty printing from fireplace cpp please?

@alee it was working for me with older nrepl (0.5.x) and an older version of fireplace (before Tim Pope's current string of work)

When I upgraded to the latest lein (nrepl 0.6.0), fireplace cpp stopped pretty printing until I got the latest fireplace code in place

now it works
