Managed to get all my C# stuff working with neovim yesterday so I’ve swapped over now. The neovim terminal is really excellent. I’ve not swapped my config to a @dominicm inspired one yet, just given it a good clean up. I’ve swapped to vim-sexp as well, paredit behaved very strangely in neovim.

I think they're all a little strange & unpredictable tbh. sexp works because it doesn't overreach too much.
