@jag they should be included by default unless they're not in a default alias. If they aren't you can put "-A:alias" to pack.

Thanks for the suggestions, looks like moving to depstar seems to be the best long term solution. I like the approach taken in juxt edge project, but the docs around build are a bit too concise.
