Does anyone know if this issue likely to be resolved? https://dev.clojure.org/jira/browse/TDEPS-82 I think it causes lein-tools-deps (which first uses -Sdescribe) to resolve dependencies unnecessarily and too soon

I patched the clojure script locally and was hoping to provide a patch to that ticket but my weekends have not been conducive to that, unfortunately.

(I'm not sure my quick'n'dirty local patch is an ideal solution to submit yet)
