@bensu: No, not 100% sure since I won’t be on my main machine until Sunday, but… it worked on the same code on the desktop (El Capitan) and the build (Ubuntu, I think). Might be the Java version, but will need to compare when I’m back.
The watcher code relies on Java’s file watcher that might have OS specific behavior, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was related to the java version/os
