one of the most fascinating phenomena we deal with in our industry is 'imposter syndrome'. i think much of the self-work i do is, in part, to deal with my own IP. being a leader of a team and ultimately responsible for a technology platform, i often wonder how the hell i was allowed to do so 🙂
