Clojurians Log v2

It seems that http://functionalworks.com got renamed - the email of that account is still @functionalworks.com, and http://functionalworks.com itself redirects now to that new domain. And there are Clojure jobs there as well.

They needed to rebrand so they could include AI jobs. 😆

There are 32 folks signed up here from F-W (although most of them are currently inactive) but as a company they've been members in good standing for a long time, and have posted a bunch of jobs over the years, I think...?

(right now that domain is just timing out for me)

But, yeah, on its face, it does look a bit spammy 🙂

I looked back in the #C05006WDW channel and Tash in particular was posting a bunch of jobs listed on http://works-hub.com for several years, so I think that domain has been around for a while. There are postings from various folks going back to 2019 at least.

Our usual approach with these is to respond with a polite version of "Hi, what do you want?" and see if they respond with something incriminating, rather than just being a clueless newbie 🙂
