Is anyone else having problems with Spacemacs after updating packages today..?

I cannot get the bloody thing to run - Emacs 28.1 and HEAD of develop in the Spacemacs repo

It does seem to be that for some reason the updater cannot find a large number of the packages, but on my personal machine there is no trouble at all... 😞
