Is there a specific directory spacemacs uses to find fonts?

Where do I install new fonts?

i think it is system dependent

i mean you install fonts into system, not into spacemacs

Yea but I notice online people were installing it /usr/share/fonts

But my mistake was in the settings

~/Library/fonts is the default on osx and it works
