& seconding the layer bisection. Another surprisingly good option is the profiler — I expected it to have a massive learning curve, but it actually gave me readable info pretty easily.
That's good to know, that the learning curve isn't bad. Filing that one away for future reference. That's how you figured out that aggressive-indent
was your lagging culprit, right?
