I didn't know about spacemacs. Sounds very interesting. Who from here is using it? And where do you come from, vim or emacs? simple_smile

alandipert19:08:50

i'm using it, and i come from both vim and emacs simple_smile

alandipert19:08:19

used vim for a few years before learning clojure, switched to emacs as part of my lisp rebirth, now happily arrived at spacemacs

@alandipert: nice, thanks simple_smile. I'm a happy vim user, but liked some stuff from the dead parens screencast

I'll try spacemacs, I guess I'll be able to try clj-refactor or things like that without learning emacs... because as I heard once "I don't have a spare 10 years of free time" 😛

alandipert19:08:34

yeah it's worth checking out

alandipert19:08:46

from a software engineering perspective there is a lot to learn from emacs too, beyond just the key bindings

yeah, some day will do, but you know, there's this pile before...
