Has there been discussion on this topic? https://github.com/yarnpkg/rfcs/pull/101. It seems like all of the node_modules we would like to have wouldn't be there. What would shadow-cljs look like in that universe?

@clashthebunny I saw that but didn't try it yet. The node resolution stuff is pretty flexible so it should be pretty easy to adopt whatever they are doing. I even experimented with downloading/installing npm packages manually in a better suited format that would bypass node_modules as well
