Anyone have any idea, why on some machine, the reveal nrepl middleware doesn't work when evaluations are sent from Calva's repl client, but work if sent from repl-y? It is the same repl that the two clients connect to. https://github.com/BetterThanTomorrow/calva/issues/2080
