Hi all - We’re hiring for several positions at Pearl Score (https://pearlscore.com). We’re building the platform to make home performance matter: energy use, total cost of ownership, fire and flood resilience, indoor air quality, and more—so buying/owning/selling a home comes with real, comparable performance data. We’re a for-profit, mission-driven company working to transform the building stock to use less fossil fuels, be more comfortable, less expensive to operate, and healthier to live in. We’re starting in the US, but we see a global opportunity. We’ve consolidated around Clojure, Python, SQL/dbt, and Flutter. A couple of these positions aren't 100% Clojure, so I deliberated on posting them here. I want to be appropriate so DM me if you think I'm overstepping. We need at least 6 hours overlap with US East. • Backend API Engineer (LATAM, Western Europe preferred): Clojure • AI Engineer (LATAM, Western Europe preferred): partner closely with an experienced Clojure engineer; some work will be in Python • Data Engineer (US, LATAM, Western Europe): mostly Snowflake/dbt, plus some Python and Clojure I’ll post the job descriptions in the thread.
