I'm not looking for a job atm, but @shkertik thanks for writing the name of the actual company. I often see these job posts where I'm fairly certain they're just third-party recruiters whereas the actual company might also be posting here

A lot of 3rd party recruiters use a platform for candidates -- and are often prohibited from just posting the name of the company that they're recruiting for. And, yes, this is almost certainly the same opening as @pau posted on the 18th (almost two weeks ago). And they're still looking for candidates so it's reasonable for them to post again. @seancorfield I believe this one and the previous post are for the same position. Should it count as spamming? Also, they just mention the company as "a fintech company", I'd say it is a very low quality job post. (I'll remove this comment if it doesn't proceed, so I don't add noise)
