What makes this opportunity unique is the blend of leadership and technical prowess we seek. Strong people and organizational skills are crucial, but we also need EMs who are deeply technical. We need someone who can understand our engineers' work and guide technical strategies effectively. Teams usually consist of 5-8 engineers, who work closely with Product Management and Product Design teams to ship features that will delight our users and make their jobs easier.
