Yes - the person must have the right to work in the UK and will be a regular employee at the company (although fully remote). Taxes are paid automatically in the UK for employees using the PAYE tax process (via a National Insurance Number).
So to clarify... You want UK agreement but the developer can be located somewhere else. And it can't be a b2b contract too but taxes need to also somehow be paid to UK. Did I understand it correctly?
