Role Overview: We seek a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and support test automation suites. You'll work closely with development and product teams within their eCommerce/Marketplaces division. Responsibilities: • Oversee test automation and QA approaches. • Design QA strategies for new and existing functionalities. • Develop and review automation tests. Basic Requirements: • 4+ years of test automation experience. • Proficiency with CI systems and test automation frameworks. • Advanced knowledge of Clojure and/or Java. • Experience with Git or Mercurial. • Strong active listening and teamwork skills. • Detail-oriented and self-motivated. • Experience in finance, payments, or tax industries is a plus. • PSP integration and performance testing experience are advantages. We seek a highly skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer to automate processes, improve system design, and build system resilience for our client. Reporting to the Head of the eCommerce SRE Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the reliability and scalability of their eCommerce solutions. Responsibilities: • Implement aggressive automation to eliminate manual tasks. • Specify operational requirements and review solutions for new features/systems. • Improve monitoring, alerting, and visibility of key system metrics. • Enhance the scalability of systems and processes. Basic Requirements: • Customer focus with empathy, courtesy, professionalism, and trustworthiness. • Strong active listening skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Functional/technical knowledge with a willingness to learn new skills. • Proactive problem-solving and strong communication about issues and resolutions. • Operationally savvy, with the ability to streamline processes and build scalable systems. • Quick prioritization and response to urgent requests across multiple channels. • Experience in the tax industry is a plus.
