Hi all! Gatheround is hiring a Senior Full-Stack ClojureScript Engineer! Gatheround enables remote teams to elevate their culture through interactive, inclusive video meetings. Great question! Happy to expand on that We try our best to schedule team- and company-wide synchronous meetings during those times so technically, we want full-time employees to join if the need arises However, the synchronous times are more of a guideline e.g. engineering team doesn't currently have team-wide recurring meetings Wed-Fri. We may have pairing sessions, 1-on-1s, and ad-hoc huddles on those days, but they can be arranged outside of the 12p - 3p US Eastern time block, depending on the attendees' schedules We value a flexible work culture and encourage folks to optimize for their energy and schedules! (within reason)
