We need someone to implement design tokens -> manage tokens (analogously to the current color and font management in Figma), then provide support in applying tokens in PenPot and prevent value overwrites. This is a direct collaboration with PenPot. The client has direct access to their main developers and can closely cooperate with everyone involved with PenPot. Fully remote work + highly autonomous and independent. Developers on the project individually manage their projects and are responsible for their entirety. There is no collaboration with project managers or product owners - everyone organizes their work independently.
