Responsibilities • Ensure AWS production systems are reliable, secure, and scalable. • Resolve issues across multiple application domains and platforms using system troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. • Automate different operational processes by designing, maintaining, and managing tools. • Provide operational support and engineering for all Cloud and Enterprise deployments. • Collaborate with the core engineering team to ensure consistency with tools, code, and deployments. • Develop policies, standards, and guidelines for IAC and CI/CD that teams can follow. • Applications are developed mostly on Clojure (Java), .NET and Python • Applications are deployed mostly as containers
