Hi! Ladders is hiring experienced Remote Clojure Engineers We are a remote-first organization, and this position is 100% remote. We have engineers in the US, Eastern Europe, India, China, Nigeria, and Australia. We are looking at re-establishing an office in NYC, but the timing will be completely dictated by COVID safety, and the team's desire to work in an office. There's no requirement for anyone to ever come to an office. Our stack is ReactJS/Typescript/NextJS on the FE, plus Clojure on the BE service layer. We use MariaDB/Redshift for storage, Redis/Varnish for caching, ElasticSearch for all things search related, and Kafka for event queues (all hosted in AWS) We are heavily investing in CI/CD, as we believe this improves productivity and engineer happiness.
