On AMD64, we have traditionally used 22.04 due to potential glibc conflict. Building on a too new version of Linux may not work on some older machines due to glibc issues. On ARM, I assume that people are more up to date, there are less older systems around.

@huahaiy Hi, I am curious why Ubuntu 22.04 for AMD64 (I tested it runs on Ubuntu 24.04 AMD64) whereas Ubuntu 24.04 for ARM - is there a naming clue I am missing? The standalone JAR file works too with java -jar.
