Booked everything now except the most important thing: the reClojure ticket!

@weavejester I chose payment method "bank account" but it turns out it's pretty expensive to do so transaction cost wise. Is it possible to cancel my ticket so I can order a new one?

Hi @borkdude, I don’t see any transaction with your name so you should be fine to just repeating the process and chose a different payment type. Otherwise DM me tomorrow morning, I’ll be happy to go through it with you.

The procedure was to make a manual bank transaction, with the following details: Amount: GBP 75.00 Reference/Communication: 854424 Sort code and Account Number: 08-92-99, 63262762 IBAN: GB47CPBK08929963262762 Bank account name: Open Collective but I'll just make a new ticket reservation via credit card and let the above one expire

If you haven’t already transferred the money, at this stage it is just an “Intent”. So yes, you can just ignore it and make a new contribution. please make sure you provide the name and email, otherwise we don’t see who purchased the ticket and we have to refund it.
