Great idea of the workshop by @olical ! One of the highlights on The Heart Of Clojure conf was the set of extra activities to bring people together such as group dinner, climbing etc. I know it's short notice but I could help to organise some stuff for Sunday as many people will be already in town. E.g. • "Jack the Ripper" walking tour • Brick Lane market tour • Indian curry in Whitechapel / Brick Lane • Group Visit to the Science museum
Hey Igor, we have indeed a couple of things organized for the Sunday. We sent the announcement in the email yesterday. Let me put you in touch with who is organizing it.
that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do them, just making sure there is a minimal coordination :)

Well, not sure about the numbers of who will show up. You could get some traction for a possible spitalfield tour with indian curry at lunch time. I’m hungry just thinking about it :)
In any case, worth sending a message to this channel over the weekend, there might be people wandering alone in a drizzly London happy to meet/chat 🙂

I don't have any plans for Sunday (yet). So I might come and join you
I wanted to come for the walk, mostly to just chat to people as we stroll around… but due to my nephew’s birthday, I’ll only be coming to the drinks/food around 6PM. Just wanted to see who is coming for the walk in order to better plan it.
