Just to keep you all in the loop, all 100 tickets are now taken!

Have all the original attendees been able to get a replacement?

We don’t have a list of who they are to contact them directly. But they definitely have a seat reserved.

Nice

I’ve not applied for a ticket just yet…

Hmm, seems to be sold out which is frustrating >_<…

a new batch is about to go out! :)

Given they're free, I'd expect a high flake rate

Might want to put a nominal fee on them to prevent people just clicking to claim territory

we can oversell a bit and account for a 30-40% drop in the number

I wouldn’t be so pessimistic, I expect a high turn up.

In any case, I’ve upped the number of tickets. @folcon please try again

Yep, seems to have worked! Thanks

Hello, guys. Are the logistics all taken care of already? I mean, people to receive the participants, check-in, help the speakers control time.. Are there going to be lanyards / printed ids etc? Are volunteers needed for those?
