@avocabio the RDF formats are all interoperable, and any standard implementation should be able to translate between them. The only exception to this would be adding in named graphs, i.e. from Turtle to Trig. The reason I haven't gravitated towards more direct turtle support is that most of the time you're generating SPARQL queries, querying over result sets, and continuing on ... almost never dealing with ttl directly. Or if you are, it's saving it, and then moving it between systems
