been fed so much propaganda about how Dublin Core Metadata is the be-all and end-all of data preservation from some of its proponents here at the university where I work, that I can’t help feeling about gleeful that all of those supposedly Permanent URLs(tm) used for the DC namespaces are returning 500 errors for me 😛 to be fair, the ideas are commendable, but in the past year or so I’ve observed several outages attempting to access some popular semantic web namespaces that the whole foundation is starting to seem a a bit shaky…
Looks like it was just an outage / blip.
