i've overrided keymap selectors for atomatigit in proton.lib.proton/init-proton-mode-keymaps

sent https://github.com/dvcrn/proton/pull/200 as I said it's not perfect and handle atomatigit only.

I guess it’s a good workaround but yeah we should definitely try to find out why this happens
