Clojurians Log v2

Neovim 0.12.0 was release a couple of hours ago. I have been using the nightly release with the Practicalli nvim-astro config fo a while, so should be a smooth transition. AstroNvim v6 should be releases in the next day or so. After that I will push the very minor changes to the Practicalli config and publish a new release. Practicalli nvim-astro config should support Neovim 0.11.x and 0.12.x versions.
