Clojurians Log v2

I am including rgroli/other.nvim plugin in the Practicalli Astro5 release, to quickly switch between a src file and its associated test file. This is similar to the feature provided by projectile in Emacs other.nvim doesnt have a built-in mapping for Clojure, so I've raised a PR to add it (with help from dominicm for the mapping code). Initially I had submitted the clojure mappings to Astrocommunity in an other-nvim config, but they were not happy about including custom mappings. I may simply add the mappings directly to Practicalli Astro5 in the short term.
