I'm evaluating a move of the Practicalli Blog website to Material for MkDocs, to match the blog with all the other websites. I've used Cryogen successfully for the Practicalli blog for several years and it has been very simple and fast to work with. The front matter isnt standard, but thats the only difference of note in using cryogen. The only limitation I have with Cryogen is the available themes. Even creating my own theme for Cryogen, to me it doesnt feel as professional looking as Material for MkDocs. Plus Material has a switch for light and dark modes, that would take a while for me to create for Cryogen. The experimental blog has been pushed to a temporary location with a few posts. I think some of the posts could be rewritten too, so a change-over to the new blog would be around the end of 2023 I believe. https://practicalli-john.github.io/blog-material/
