Updated all the Practical book websites and landing page to the new G4 Google Analytics (now that UC is being discontinued) A number of jr0cket properties have been deleted, as content is being move away from them I should make a point to look at the page views at least once a month to see what topics have been useful (makes a not to install the analytics app on smart phone)
