@jr0cket, what made me go “ugh”, was delving into figuring out to cleanly support repeat counts for commands (eg slurp 3 times), and a lisp state. Maybe my “ugh” was unwarranted, perhaps just due to to my unfamiliarity with the world of VSCode extensions.
I got the impression that a full vim experience wasn’t viable because of VSCode, but I don’t really use VSCode so have no idea if it’s correct.
I think it might be doable… but the scale of the effort might be larger than I want to take on.
Maybe I’ll switch back to spacemacs for now. Your spacemacs lsp guide will come in handy!
Ah, that reminds me, there are a few tweaks to push for Spacemacs and LSP. No major change though
