I won't be able to make this one either. An important work meeting was scheduled recently for 1pm today.

Maybe we could do it later instead? Looks like this place doesn't even open until 4 (according to google maps). Makes more sense to meet after work hours anyway imo.

On a monthly basis our company could probably pitch in for something in that range, not more frequently than that though

I do think that we will want to have a variety to keep the meetup vibes strong. Lunches, dinners, and periodically more formal presentation style events. If every time it's presentation style that tends to be too much pressure for always having content. Lot's of productive conversations and chit chat happens at lunches and dinners in a casual way.

I'm up for driving somewhere and meeting with anyone who is still interested. I still fully intend on coming to any future meetup too.

I tried calling about air conditioning, but the Lucky Lab isn't open yet. I also tried calling the Kennedy School Courtyard Restaurant, and they aren't open either.

I'll do some calling around again later. I'm open to suggestions. I'm not 100% certain what places have air conditioning and which places do not.

I searched reviews earlier and didn't see it mentioned, but that doesn't mean they don't have it of course

They have big rolling doors they open most of the time, but I can't recall if that means no AC.

I left a message on the office phone. We'll see if they call me back. I'm fine to pivot somewhere else if anyone has a suggestion.

My #2 is Lincoln School. I'm pretty sure they have AC, but I'm not 100% about that one either.

Breakside Brewery could be another option if Lucky doesn't work out. Same area (close to where I live)
