Is there a way to activate the Portal tool window in IntelliJ using a keyboard shortcut? I've attempted to do this using Settings > Keymap > Tool windows > Portal, but it doesn't quite work as intended. When I use my configured keyboard shortcut, I can see the title bar of the Portal tool window change colour (indicating it is active), but the window does not receive any keystrokes e.g. CTRL+L to clear, arrow keys, etc.
